This year marked the 25th anniversary of the Waianae Coast Comprehensive Health Center Day of Caring. WCCHC is a non-profit organization providing a wide range of health care services to the Waianae Coast of Oahu.
Since 1993, Hawaiian Dredging Construction Company (HDCC) along with their family, friends, and community have volunteered a Saturday of work to improve WCCHC grounds.
Every year, 100% of the materials and labor are donated. Neuvokas was involved for the first time and supplied GatorBar reinforcement for the parking lot repair.
“I was happy to have been involved in the Day of Caring this year,” said Paul Kane of Aloha Marketing, and GatorBar representative. “It’s really encouraging to see the community come together for a great cause.”
The Day of Caring has been continually growing over the years. It was great to be able to contribute to such a meaningful event.
